WHERE WE BEGAN...
Phi Phi Chapter, known as the Millennium chapter, was charted on December 9, 2000 -the only chapter chartered in that year. There were 12 fearless RNs who pledged to elevate the plane of nursing and increase interest in the nursing profession.
Phi Phi Chapter is a graduate chapter of RNs who reside within the geographic boundaries of Calhoun, Clarendon, Kershaw, Lee and Sumter counties of South Carolina. Our Green & Yellow Ball is held annually as a scholarship fundraiser. The monies raised at the Green & Yellow Ball provide financial assistance to deserving nursing students who meet established criteria as identified by the National Office.
Guided by our motto “Service for Humanity”, the Sorority has programs focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, leadership development, mentoring, recruitment, retention, and scholarship.
